Solution 1: Uninstall and Reinstall MS Visual C++ package
You need to first visit the Control Panel, and therein, go to Programs and Features.
You now have to look for Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and click on it.
Followed by click on Uninstall/Change.
Click on Uninstall. Proceed as per the instructions that come on the screen and uninstall the program completely.
