Right-click on the company file, select 'Properties,' and then select the 'QuickBooks' tab.

Try restoring the portable file.
If the above steps fail, rename the extension to .qbb and try restoring the backup.

Finally, open QuickBooks Desktop and create a new folder, then copy the company file and paste it into the new folder.
Solution 8- Use the QuickBooks Database Server Manager
Search for QuickBooks Data Server Manager in your computer system.
Have to add a sample folder and then use the browsing option to look for the folder in which your file is present.
Once you find the file, submit your company file by clicking on “Add Folder”.
